Problem: I have problems running the installer.

Response: Please make sure, when ftp’ing the installer to always use binary mode. You have to set executable rights to the installer (using “chmod 777 hiplinkxsinstall.sh”). You can also compare file size with the original on the ftp site ftp://ftp.hiplinkwireless.com .

For persisting installation problems on Unix systems, please run the HipLinkXS installer using:

./hiplinkxsinstall.sh | tee hip.log

Send the resulting log file hip.log to support@hiplinkwireless.com .
