Question: Can I integrate HipLinkXS into my exchange email server and forward certain emails to a pager?

Response: Yes! HipLinkXS comes with an integration tool, called “Email Assistant”. This application lets you define the email Inbox you want to monitor. You can also set up certain keywords and their location (such as sender name, subject line and body text). The Email Assistant will filter emails out by matching them against those keywords and forward the desired emails via the HipLinkXS server to a pager or any other wireless receiver. To not let pages get too long, you can additionally define a template, how many characters to (maximal) display and which fields. A template can specify for example: 20 characters of subject line, 20 characters of sender name and 200 characters of body text.
