REMLinkXSRemLinkXS - the wireless extension to the Remedy Help DeskT environment. Now your IT personnel can remotely access RemedyT case information, as well as create, update, and close trouble tickets. They can be notified of escalations and new high priority trouble tickets through pushed email alerts. RemLinkXS is available on the RIMŽ and PocketPC platforms, with a standard interface that is fully customizable. The wireless client's features were designed to mirror the desktop environment, ensuring the same high levels of data security.

RemLinkXS Gives the Help Desk Administrator the Following Capabilities - Anytime, Anywhere

General Case Information: Read relevant information on one specific case or ticket from the user's group queue. A drop-down menu provides access to additional supporting information for the specific case.

Requester Information: View detailed information regarding the individual who reported the problem.

.

Activity Information: View detailed information regarding the work history of a specific case.

.

Update Status/Work Log: Edit existing tickets wirelessly and receive a confirmation when the ticket has been updated successfully.

.

Assigned Requests: Display the assigned group's ticket queue. Users within the group can view new tasks in order of priority, as well as view ownership of individual cases. From this screen a user can select a specific case and view its details by selecting the appropriate option from a drop-down menu list.

New Requests: Wirelessly open a new trouble ticket and submit it to the Remedy Server.

.

Search Requests: Search the Remedy database for all trouble tickets matching a specified set of criteria.

.

Alerts: Receive email alerts as soon as high priority tickets have been created.
