The citizen notification system module in HipLink offers an easy to use, fully integrated to ESRI’s ArcIMS dynamic maps and GIS data in order to meet the demands for Mass Notification based on geography. The selection process identifies the individuals to notify within the geographic lookup and automatically generates the associated call list. HipLink also provided detailed logging and reporting for confirmation of delivery. Users follow a simple, intuitive three-step process: Create the message, by: Send the message electronically to the call list and HipLink does the rest, automatically sending the message and generating a complete report of the received status of each call. HipLink can either use your own internal voice transmission facility or send the alert through a voice broadcast service. |
